MOROCCAN HAKE FILLETS RECIPE


Serve with:
CARAMELISED ONION MASH

Serves: 2
Preparation Time: ± 10 minutes
Cooking Time: ± 20 minutes
Total Time: ± 30 minutes


INGREDIENTS
300 g Sea Harvest Fresh from the Sea Hake fillets
30 ml Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
2.5 ml Ground Cumin
2.5 ml Paprika
a pinch of Cayenne Pepper
a bunch of Coriander, finely chopped
30 ml Water


METHOD
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and spread in an even layer over the fish fillets.
Cook the fish with the marinade in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Ensure that the fish is fully cooked and flakes easily.
Serve hot or cold with lemon juice and a couscous salad.
