Bully Beef muffins
4 eggs
125 ml milk
75 ml oil
100g flour (200 ml)
10ml baking powder
1 ml salt
Knippie red pepper
1 (300g) bully beef
5 ml onion grated
100ml grated cheddar cheese
Method
Boil 2 eggs ( hard) shell and press fine
Beat one egg, oil and milk till well mixed
Sift flour, baking powder, pepper and salt
Mix with dry ingredients with the egg mixture
Oil Muffin pans
Put mixture in muffin pans
Mix the last egg with finely pressed egg, bully beef,
onion and cheese
Spoon on top of muffin mix ( like a topping)
Bake 10 to 15 min in 200 Celsius oven
