How to make it
Remove fat and membrane from livers
Cut livers into bite-size pieces(about the size of a marshmallow)
Marinate livers in soy sauce, garlic salt, garlic powder & worc. sauce
for several hours or overnite.
Reserve marinade
Cut bacon slices in half
Roll a bacon slice around a liver and secure with a toothpick
Place on cookie sheet or biscuit pan
Be sure pan has sides so liquid won't drip onto the oven floor!
Bake in 400 degree oven until bacon is crisp (about 20-30 minutes)
Brush livers with marinade several times during baking.
